Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity on your account
• Be at least 18 years old

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tuis for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Reverse engineer the software

AI-Generated Content

Tuis uses AI to provide design recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important design decisions, measurements, and specifications with qualified professionals before proceeding with renovations.

Your Content

When you upload photos or share information:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to use it to provide the service
• You confirm you have the right to share it

Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immanence and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tuis, including but not limited to renovation costs, contractor disputes, or design outcomes.
